Phil is a professional HRM executive with in excess of 20 years extensive experience across all aspects of general HR, with a major focus on Industrial Relations, Employment Law, Performance Management, EBA Negotiation, Change Management, Talent Management, Coaching, Remuneration & Benefits and Recruitment & Selection with additional qualifications and experience in OH & S and Claims Management.
Primarily this work has been within Supply Chain and Logistics, but also within Commercial, Sales, Distribution and Customer Service, mostly within the FMCG environment and also within Professional Services, Government, and Construction Industry and currently within the Maritime Industry. Evidence that Phil has transferable skills and the competence to adapt to a variety of different industries.
